Attorney Starr Sinton of San Diego; lying loser

The state of California provided Starr Jan Sinton with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the College of William & Mary (UCLA) Law School. .

The California State Bar Court found Starr guilty of the following misconduct.

Starr found it acceptable to lie to the State Bar that he had met his MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education) requirements when in fact he had not completed any courses within the compliance period.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Starr by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2013), Starr practices at 7770 Regents Road in San Diego, California.
