Attorney Thomas Busatta, Sr. Of Fort Myers, FL; cheating loser 

The state of Florida provided Thomas R. Busatta, Sr. with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from Barry University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Thomas guilty of misconduct on at least two separate occasions as set forth below.

1. Misconduct involved multiple offenses
2. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
3. Failed to communicate with clients
4. Failed to appear at scheduled court hearings on behalf of clients
5. Failed to adequately explain basis for his fees to clients (victims)
6. Overcharged clients (cheater)
7. Engaged in the illegal practice of law
   

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Thomas by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2013) Thomas practices with the Busatta Law Firm at 12995 South Cleveland Avenue in Fort Myers, Florida.
