Attorney Cynthia McNeff of Portland, OR; ethical misfit

The state of Hawaii presented Cynthia Kay McNeff with a law license in 1998 after she graduated from Willamette University of Hawaii.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Cynthia guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  2. Engaged in a conflict of interest
  3. Engaged in improper communications with represented party
  4. Engaged in improper ex parte communication with judge

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Cynthia by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2013), Cynthia practices at 4720 NE 21st Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
