Attorney Joseph Sparacino, Jr. of Beckley, WV; ethical leprechaun

The state of West Virginia presented Anthony Joseph Sparacino, Jr. with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of West Virginia Law School.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Joseph guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to maintain proper records of client trust accounts
• Failed to promptly deposit client funds in interest bearing account
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, dishonesty, deceit or misrepresentation
  

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Joseph by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. September 2013) Joseph practices at 117 Appalachian Drive in Beckley, West Virginia.
