Attorney Robert Pinzur of Long Grove, IL; ethical dwarf

The state of Illinois presented Robert Stuart Pinzur with a law license in 1978.

The Disciplinary Commission found Robert guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Robert found it acceptable to improperly engage in fee-sharing with a non-lawyer.

In another matter, Robert engaged in the unauthorized practice of law on behalf of client who resided in North Carolina. Robert did so even though he wasn’t license to so act. Robert’s lucky he isn’t licensed in California because it is a felony to practice without a license.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Robert by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2013) Robert practices with Pinzur, Cohen & Kerr, Ltd. at 4180 RDD Route 83 in Long Grove, Illinois.
