While in a grocery store parking lot, Peter hit the driver’s door window with his fist and kicked the fender of an occupied vehicle, damaging the vehicle and scaring the occupants.

In another matter, Peter represented a woman in a child support case that he had an ongoing relationship with. When the client’s ex-husband threatened to report Peter to the disciplinary authorities, Peter threatened to sue the man for the rest of his life if he ever filed an ethics complaint against him.
