Attorney Thomas Lustgraff of Council Bluffs; tax cheat

The state of Iowa presented Thomas E. Lustgraff with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Thomas Guilty of the following misconduct.

Thomas found it acceptable to not file income tax returns for six (6) consecutive years

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board punished Thomas by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2013), Thomas practices with the Lustgraff Law Offices in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
