The state of Washington presented Gary Evan Randall with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Southwestern Law School.
 
The Washington State Bar found Gary guilty of the following misconduct
  1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  2. Failed to communicate with client (victim)
  3. Failed to cooperate with disciplinary counsel (Up Yours, said Gary!)
  4. Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended
Gary’s lucky he wasn’t illegally practicing law in California, because if had, he could have been charged with a felony.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
 
As we speak (ca. August 2013), Gary practices at 17311 135th Avenue NE in Woodinville, Washington, which is a suburb of Seattle.
