Attorney Liam Golden of Colville, WA; sex with defendant The state of Washington presented Liam Michael Golden with a law license in 1996.
The Washington State Bar found Liam guilty of the following misconduct.
At the time of his misconduct, Liam was the elected prosecutor for Lewis County.
Liam failed to properly disclose sexual relationships with the mother of a victim in one case the mother of a defendant in another criminal case. At a minimum, you’ve got to give Liam credit as an “equal opportunity” scumbag since he was screwing the mother of a victim of a crime while also screwing a criminal defendant.
In addition, Liam’s prosecutorial office charged a defendant with cyber stalking a woman that Liam had slept with. To his credit, Liam turned that case over to a prosecutor from neighboring Thurston County. What a guy!
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Adolfo by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.
As we speak (ca. August 2013), Liam practices with the Golden Law Office at 298 South Main Street in Colville, Washington, which is about 70 miles north of Spokane.
