The Washington State Bar found Julie guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to provide competent legal representation (Dumbo)
  • Disclosed confidential client information
  • Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
  • Failed to properly explain implications of representing clients with divergent interests
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Julie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
