The state of Washington presented Robert A. Moser with a law license in 2002.
 
The Washington State Bar found Robert guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  2. Multiple irregularities in his trust account
  3. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  4. Failed to conclude the affairs of an estate matter
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Robert by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. August 2013), Robert continues to practice in the Moses Lake, Washington area.
