Attorney Edward Leichtner of Rochester, NY; thief

The state of New York provided Edward J. Leichtner with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the Albany Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the 8^th Judicial District found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, deceit or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Misappropriated (stole) funds belonging to another person

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patrons for Attorney Misfits sitting on Grievance Committee of the 8^th Judicial District punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Eddie practices with The Law Office of Edward J. Leichtner at 2450 West Ridge Road in Rochester, New York.
