The state of Washington presented James F. O’Rourke with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from
The Washington State Bar found James guilty of the following misconduct.
James was found to have provided incompetent representation (Dumbo) to a client while practicing in Oregon.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished James by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. August 2013), James practices at 522 SW 5th Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
