The State of South Carolina presented William Koatesworth Swope with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.
 
Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found William guilty of the following misconduct
 
Bills 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree – 2002
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to cooperate with disciplinary agency (Up Yours, Billy said!)
As a consequence of him misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Court punished William by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Faield to keep client reasonably informed about status of legal matter
  • Failed to comply with client’s requests for information
  • Failed to cooperate with disciplinary agency (Up Yours, Billy said!)
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
