Attorney Jeffrey Servin of Philadelphia; repeat offender

The state of Pennsylvania presented Jeffrey Dean Servin with a law license in 1980

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) has found Jeffrey guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
  2. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  3. Failed to give client reasonable notice before withdrawing from his case
  4. Failed to keep client reasonably informed about status of legal matter
  5. Failed to respond to client inquiries
  6. Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client’s interests after being discharged
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Richard’s 1st Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) separate complimentary informal admonishments for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Jeffrey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2013) Jeffrey practices at 1500 Market Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
