Attorney Kevin Kallenbach of Erie, PA; repeat offender

 
The state of Pennsylvania presented Kevin Mark Kallenbach with a law license in 1992
 
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) has found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct
  1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  2. Failed to provide client with written fee agreement
  3. Failed to keep client reasonably informed about status of legal matter
  4. Failed to communicate to client basis or rate of his fee
  5. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, dishonesty, deceit or misrepresentation
  6. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Kevin’s 1st Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary private reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct. 
 
As a consequence of his of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. August 2013) practices with Williams & Adair at 332 East 6th Street in Erie, Pennsylvania. Kevin is also employed by the Erie County Public Defender’s Office.
