The state of Pennsylvania presented John E. Gomolchak with a law license in 1992
 
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) has found John guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
  2. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  3. Failed to consult with client re: means by which client’s objectives are to be achieved
  4. Failed to keep client reasonably informed about status of legal matter
  5. Failed to comply with reasonable client requests for information
  6. Failed to provide client with written fee agreement
  7. Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client’s interests after being discharged
  8. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  9. Failed to promptly return client file to client after discharge
  10. Failed to cooperate with Disciplinary Counsel (Up Yours, said Johnny!)
As a consequence of his of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished John by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. August 2013) John practices at 3854 Walker Blvd in Erie, Pennsylvania.
