The state of Pennsylvania presented John Francis Murphy with a law license in 1975

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) has found John guilty of the following misconduct.

In one mater, John acquired an existing mortgage interest in his clients' farm. He then evicted the clients and sold the property to satisfy the existing mortgage.

John received a $4,000 fee from the purchasers and made a $9,000 profit on the sale of the property.

As a consequence of his misconduct, John’s law license was suspended for 5 years being in early 2006; however, the comedians sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court reinstated John’s law license in 2012.

As a consequence of his of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished John by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

16 Pearl Street in Wellsboro, Massachusetts.
