Attorney Jeffrey Jones of Salem, OR; drunkard
The state of Oregon provided Jeffrey M. Jones with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Willamette University Law School.
The Oregon State Bar found Jeffrey guilty of the following misconduct
Jeffrey entered a plea of guilty to the criminal charge of Driving Under the Influence (DUI). The trial court suspended imposition of sentence and placed Jeffrey on three years bench probation, with conditions. Among other conditions imposed by the court, the Accused was ordered not to consume or possess alcohol and not to enter any bar or tavern.
Subsequently, Jeff the Drunk entered a bar and consumed alcohol in violation of the conditions of his probation.
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Jeffrey’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Jeffrey previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Jeffrey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. August 2013) Jeffrey practices at 1840 West Nob Hill Street SE in Salem, Oregon.
