Attorney Albert Rodrigues of Hempstead, NY; convicted druggie

The state of New York presented Albert Joseph Rodrigues with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from New York University (NYU) Law School.

The 9th Department Disciplinary Board found Steven guilty of the following misconduct.

Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

In one matter, Albert was criminally convicted of possession of a controlled substance.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the 9th Department Disciplinary Board punished Albert by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

It must be comforting to the folks living in Nassau County to know that there is yet another convicted criminal practicing law in their area compliments of the comedians sitting on the 9th Department Disciplinary Board.

As we speak (ca. August 2013), Albert practices at 3 Surrey Lane in Hempstead, New York, which is located in Nassau County.
