Attorney Keith Franz of Towson, MD; unethical ambulance chaser

The state of Maryland presented with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Western New England Law School.

The Maryland State Disciplinary Board found Keith guilty of the following misconduct.

Keith found it acceptable to try and persuade victims of a train crash to become his clients.

On the night of the train accident that killed 11 and injured 26, Keith passed out business cards to rescued passengers watching late-night news about the crash at a Washington hotel.

In addition, Keith called victims, visited their homes and made loans to them, which he absolutely knew violated Maryland’s attorney conduct rules, which forbids such actions in order to protect vulnerable people from overzealous [scumbag ambulance chaser] lawyers.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland State Disciplinary Board punished Keith by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2013), Keith the Ambulance Chaser practices with Azrael, Frank, Schwab & Lipowitz LLC at 101 East Chesapeake Avenue in Towson, Maryland.
