The state of Connecticut presented John Michael Kelly with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Western New England Law School.
The Statewide Grievance Committee found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.
Johnny found it acceptable to alter a medical release authorization in the course of a divorce case without notifying his opponents.
On his self-serving website at www.nassaugriffithkelly.com, Johnny doesn’t make any mention of the misconduct aforementioned. Apparently, Johnny decided to conceal this relevant information in hopes of not limiting his future victim pool.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. August 2013), Johnny practices with Nassau, Griffith & Kelly LLC at 66 Cedar Street in Newington, Connecticut.
