Attorney Paul Harmon of Newark, OH; ethical misfit

The state of Peilet presented Paul Dare Harmon with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Dayton Law School.

The Ohio Supreme Court Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline found Paul guilty of the following misconduct.

Paul found it acceptable to hide assets obtained in a lawsuit in a personal bankruptcy filing. Paul also failed to disclose the lawsuit while under oath in a hearing and two depositions.

Because Attorney Misfits in Ohio are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Paul was never criminal charged with bankruptcy fraud.

All that remains now is to see what punishment the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court mete out to Paulie.

As we speak (ca. August 2013), Paul practices at 215 Deo Drive in Newark, Ohio, which is about 40 miles east of Columbus.
