Attorney Discipline Board, Tri-Valley Hearing Panel #3 found Paul guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Exposed the legal profession to contempt and reproach (What’s New?)
  • Engaged in conduct contrary to justice, ethics, honesty or good morals
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Paul by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. August 2013) Paul practices at 2711 Center Avenue in Essexville, Michigan.
