Attorney George Frank of Boca Raton; convicted drunk

The state of Florida presented George Frederick Frank with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of Akron Law School.

The Florida State Bar found George guilty of the following misconduct.

George was arrested and convicted of driving under the influence and careless during (DUI) after being involved in an auto accident.

George was sentenced to 10 days in jail and 5 days of house arrest, loss of his driver’s license for 5 years, as well as other fines and penalties.

Subsequently, George filed a Motion for Post-Conviction Relief which was denied; however, the judge changed George’s sentence to 3 long weekends (12 days) in jail without subsequent house arrest.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits in Florida sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished George by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2013) George practices with Lavalle, Brown and Ronan, PA at 750 South Dixie Highway in Boca Raton, Florida.
