Attorney Bruce Wagner of Margate, FL; ethical misfit 
The state of Florida presented Bruce Edgar Wagner with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from the University of Miami Law School.
The Florida State Bar found Bruce guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Bruce’s firm represented a creditor in collection matters. In an effort to keep the creditor in good standing with banks and investors, Bruce and his law partner purchased money orders and applied them to the debtors’ accounts without the prior knowledge or consent of the debtors.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits in Florida sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. July 2013) Bruce practices with Wagner & Hunt, P.A. at 5233 Coconut Creek Parkway in Margate, Florida.
