Attorney Robert Rossenwasser of North Miami Beach; ethical gremlin

 
The state of Florida presented Robert Victor Rossenwasser with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.
 
The Florida State Bar found Robert guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  2. Failed to communicate with clients
  3. Engaged in the illegal practice of law
  4. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  5. Failed to properly supervise non-attorney staff
  6. Engaged in a continuing course of misconduct
Robert was involved in representing clients (victims) in regards to loan modification matters. However, his representation was deemed to be totally useless and in violation of various rules and/or laws. Therefore, Robert was ordered to make refunds to the following victims of his misconduct.
  • Ydalberto Sofia, who paid respondent $2590.
  • Michele Capolino, who paid respondent $3000.
  • Nichole Boden, who paid respondent $1745.
  • Brenda Monk, who paid respondent $350.
  • Marta Miller, who paid respondent $ 1596.
  • Terry Knock who paid a predecessor of respondent's firm $1000.
  • Marcia Miercijak, who paid respondent $1595.
  • Isaac Phillips, who paid respondent $2495.
  • David Pittser, who paid a predecessor of respondent's firm $1000.
  • Philip Ripperger, who paid respondent $2064.
  • Wallace Carlson, who paid respondent $1500.
  • Julio Salazar, who paid respondent $3000.
  • Vicki Mullins, who paid respondent $2000.
  • Paul Harris, who paid respondent $915.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits in Florida sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Robert by gifting him with a complimentary a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
 
As we speak (ca. July 2013) Robert practices at 99 NW 183rd Street in North Miami Beach, Florida.
