Attorney A. J. Rohe of Tavares, FL; drunken loser

The state of Florida presented A. J. Rohe with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Rohe guilty of the following misconduct.

Rohe was arrested and charged with resisting arrest with violence, a third degree felony. At the time of his arrest, Rohe was in a bar during Bike Week where he consumed a significant amount of alcohol.

When Rohe and other patrons began “smack” talking, management contacted law enforcement. Rohe failed to cooperate with law enforcement, he came into physical contact with one of the officers, and thereafter it was necessary to restrain him.

Subsequently, Rohe entered in a no contest plea to the offense, as charged. Rohe was sentenced to 2 years probation with various conditions, including abstention from alcohol and/or illegal drugs and random alcohol/drug testing.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits in Florida sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Rohe by gifting him with a complimentary a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2013) Rohe practices with Rohe Law at 201 West Main Street in Tavares, Florida.
