Attorney Kristopher Nathan of Monroe, GA; convicted wife beater
The state of Florida presented Kristopher Nathan with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from Saint Thomas University Law School.
The Florida State Bar found Kristopher guilty of the following misconduct.
Nathan was sentenced to 24 months probation and ordered to enter a domestic violence intervention program. The misdemeanor charges involved an act of physical aggression by Nathan against the mother of his 6-year-old daughter, in the presence of his daughter.
The criminal misdemeanor charges included Batter, Family Violence and Cruelty to Children in the Third Degree.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits in Florida sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Kristopher by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. July 2013) Kristopher practices at 4305 Lakeside Blvd in Monroe, Georgia.
