Attorney Gerald Katz of Bethesda, MD; convicted tax cheat

The state of Virginia presented Gerald Isadore Katz with a law license in 2008.

The Maryland State Bar Disciplinary Board found Gerald guilty of the following misconduct.

Gerald was pled guilty to two crimes, Willful Failure to File Maryland Income Tax Returns for two separate years, both of which were felonies.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Gerald by giving him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2013), Gerald practices at 6701 Democracy Blvd in Bethesda, Maryland.

It must be comforting to the folks living in Bethesda to know that there is yet another convicted criminal practicing law in their area compliments of the comedians sitting on the Maryland State Bar.
