Attorney Raymond Otlowski of Newark, DE; ethical dwarf

The state of Delaware presented Raymond J. Otlowski with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Delaware Supreme Court found Raymond guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to safeguard client funds
2. Failed to promptly deliver funds to clients
3. Failed to maintain proper books and records
4. Engaged in misconduct involving misrepresentation by filing false certificate of compliance re: status of firm’s books and records
5. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
   

As a consequence of his most recent misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Raymond by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2013) Raymond practices at 224 East Delaware Avenue in Newark, Delaware.
