Attorney Harvey Lexing of Monroe, LA; cheating liar
The state of Louisiana presented Harvey R. Lexing with a law license in 1977.
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Harvey guilty of the following misconduct.
Harvey found it acceptable to collect an illegal and excessive by furnishing his client (victim) with an accounting that he knew was inaccurate, incomplete and misleading. Harvey also failed to tender to his client all the funds that she was lawfully entitled too.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Harvey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. March 2013) Harvey practices at 805 Winnsboro Road in Monroe, Louisiana.
