Attorney Lloyd Leblanc, Jr. of Laplace, LA; repeat offender

The state of Louisiana presented Lloyd J. Leblanc, Jr. with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School located in New Orleans.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Lloyd guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  2. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  3. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  4. Failed to communicate with clients
  5. Improperly settled malpractice claim with unrepresented client
  6. Victim of misconduct was vulnerable
  7. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  8. Improperly terminated representation of client
  9. Refused to acknowledge the wrongful nature of his conduct
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Lloyd’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Lloyd was previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Lloyd by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand..

As we speak (ca. July 2013) Lloyd practices at 1703 Chantilly Drive in Laplace, Louisiana.
