Attorney Neil Williston of Waterford, MI; serial offender

The state of Michigan provided Neil C. Williston with a law license in 1972 after he graduated form Michigan State University Law School.

A disciplinary hearing panel H of Wayne County found Neil guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to carry out contract of employment
  2. Failed to inform client of status of legal matter
  3. Failed to advise clients that his law license was suspended
  4. Failed to communicate with clients
  5. Failed to comply with orders concerning prior disciplinary matter
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Neil’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received four (4) complimentary suspensions of his law license from the comedians sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Neil by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2013) Neil practices at 2581 Woodbourne Drive in Waterford, Michigan.
