Attorney Kenneth Williams of Birmingham, MI; ethical goblin

The state of Michigan provided Kenneth P. Williams with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Indiana University Law School.

Tri-County hearing panel #76 found Kenneth guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to provide competent representation (Dufus)
  2. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  3. Failed to expedite litigation
  4. Failed to act with candor toward a trial court
  5. Engaged in conduct that was knowingly unfair to opposing party
  6. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  7. Attempted to induce another to violate the rules of conduct
In one matter, Kenneth was unable to contact opposing counsel by phone to obtain an agreement to adjourn a pre-trial hearing. Kenny then signed or caused to be signed, opposing counsel’s name on a stipulated order of adjournment which was then submitted to the trial court.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Randall by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2013) Kenneth practices with Moffett Vitu Lascoe & Packus PC at 255 East Brown Street in Birmingham, Michigan.
