Attorney Christopher Weston of Los Angeles; repeat offender
The state of California provided Christopher George Weston with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Loyola Law College in Los Angeles.
The State Bar Court found Christopher guilty of the following misconduct
Christopher’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Christopher by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license
Christopher’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
Christopher admitted that he violated the rules when he failed to inform two clients and the State Bar that he employed an attorney who had resigned from the practice of law.
When one client learned that the attorney wasn’t licensed to practice law in California, he immediately fired Christopher. However, it took Christopher 17 months to refund the unearned fee to the client.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Christopher by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. July 2013) Christopher practices at 4311 Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles, California.
