Attorney Calvin Laiche of Kentwood, LA; ethical elf

 
The state of Louisiana presented Calvin J. Laiche with a law license in 1964.
 
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Calvin guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to keep clients informed of progress of legal matter
  2. Failed to timely inform client of receipt of settlement offer
  3. Failed to communicate with client
  4. Rejected settlement offer without consulting with clients
  5. Failed to return file for 2 months to client after being fired
  6. Refused to sign motion to substitute counsel for 3 months after being fired
  7. Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Calvin!)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Calvin by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. July 2013) Calvin practices at 67542 Walker Road in Kentwood, Louisiana.
