Attorney David Gingras of Phoenix; habitual drunk
The state of Arizona presented David S. Gingras with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of San Francisco Law School.
The Arizona State Bar found David guilty of the following misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished David by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. July 2013) David practices at 4025 East Chandler Blvd in Phoenix, Arizona.
David was conditionally provided with a law license and required to enter into a contract with the State Bar in regards to abstaining from using alcohol, other drugs, or any other mood-altering or mind-altering chemicals for three years.
David violated the terms of the contact when he was arrested for driving under the influence and subsequently pled guilty.
