Attorney Marshall Fealk of Phoenix; repeat offender
The state of Arizona presented Marshall Fealk with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
The Arizona State Bar found Marshall guilty of the following misconduct.
Marshall’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree – 2008
Marshall was hired to represent a client regarding four matters. Marshall did not provide the client with a written fee agreement; however, he billed t he client at a higher hourly rate than the client originally agreed to in one of the matters. In addition, the client was billed various flat fee charges that had not been agreed upon in the other three matters. The client then fired Marshall, but he failed to refund any unearned fees.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Marshall by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
Marshall’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree – 2011
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Marshall by gifting him with a 2nd complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. July 2013) Marshall practices at 4779 East Camp Lowell Drive in Phoenix, Arizona.
