Attorney Erin Pasternack of Miami; convicted druggie

The state of Florida presented Erin Lynne Pasternack with a law license in 2008 after she graduated from the University of Florida Law College.

The Florida State Bar found Erin guilty of the following misconduct.

Erin pleaded no contest to two misdemeanor counts of possession of cannabis (marry-wanna) and drug paraphernalia.

Erin was accused of delivering contraband to her former boyfriend who was incarcerated at the Broward County Jail.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Erin by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

It must be comforting to the folks in Miami to know that there is yet another convict practicing law in their area compliments of the comedians sitting on the Florida Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. July 2013) Erin practices at 7345 SW 121st Street in Miami, Florida.
