Attorney Dale Feneli of Lyndhurst, OH; ethical leprechaun

The state of Ohio presented Dale Charles Feneli with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.

The Cleveland Bar Association found Dale guilty of the following misconduct

In one matter, Dale represented a female client regarding injuries she sustained in an auto accident and also with respect to her divorce action.

Shortly after Dale began representing the client, he and the client engaged in oral sex. Thereafter, Dale suggested in phone calls to her that she pay his fees by engaging in further sexual acts. Subsequently, the client reported the sexual incident and her phone calls with dale to the Mayfield Heights, Ohio police.

The police then arranged with the client to have her next meeting with Dale tape-recorded, and the client then invited Dale to her apartment. During a meeting at her apartment, Dale suggested specific prices for certain sexual acts that would satisfy the fees she owed to him.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Dale by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2013), Michael practices at 5001 Mayfield Road in Lyndhurst, Ohio.
