The state of Kentucky presented Kevin Lee Nesbitt with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Salmon P. Chase Law School.
 
The Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  2. Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
  3. Failed to keep client informed of legal matter
  4. Failed to explain matter to client
  5. Failed to return client papers to client after being fired
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
