Attorney Pat Marshall of Little Rock; ethical dwarf

 
The state of Arkansas presented Pat Marshall with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from Boston University Law School.
 
The Committee on Professional Conduct found Pat guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to respond to ethics panel (Up Yours, said Pat!)
  2. Failed to communicate with client
  3. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  4. Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  5. Failed to respond to client’s request for information
  6. Failed to expedite client’s litigation
  7. Knowingly disobeyed a court order
  8. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
As a consequence of his misconduct, enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Pat by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. July 2013), Pat practices with the Law Office of Pat Marshall, P.A. at 415 North McKinley Street in Little Rock, Arkansas.
