Attorney Mark Wieczorek of Cincinnati; ethical misfit  The state of Ohio presented Mark Jon Wieczorek with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Ohio Northern University Law School.
The Cincinnati Bar Association found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.
Mark found it acceptable to engage in sexual activity with a client while he was representing her in defense of a driving under the influence (DUI) criminal charge.
Kind of gives a new meaning to “getting screwed twice.”
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. July 2013), Mark practices with Suhre & Associates at 1014 Vine Street in Cincinnati, Ohio.
