Emory Univ. Law Professor Michael Broyde of Atlanta; lying buffoon

The state of Ohio presented a law license to Pinkey Susan Carr in 1993 after she graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.

Michael is employed as a law professor at Emory University. He is also an orthodox rabbi. Additionally, Mike is a Senior Fellow at the Center for the Study of Law and Religion, a member of the Rabbinical Council of American and a judge in Deth Bin of America, the largest Jewish law court in the country.

Recently, Michael was accused of assuming a false identity and joining a rabbinic group under false pretences. Mike allegedly assumed the identity of a Rabbi Hershel Goldwasser, who claimed to live in Israeli and gained access for 20 years to the Int’l Rabbinic Fellowship.

Mike is accused of lying when he was confronted about the deception by a reporter for the Jewish Channel. Mike denied that he was in fact the Goldwasser who penned a variety of letters and directed people to Mike’s own scholarship.

When the reporter asked Mike why his personal Internet Protocol addresses matched those of correspondence from Goldwasser, he feigned ignorance by saying he didn’t what IP addresses were. As is the case with most congenital liars, when irrefutable evidence was presented linking Mike to the deception, he owned up to being Goldwasser.

Isn’t it comforting to know that Mike the Deceiver is teaching ethics and family law to law students at the Emory University Law School?

As we speak (ca. January 2014), Mike continues to be employed as a law professor at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
