Attorney Scott Jackman of Wausau, WI; serial drunk driver

The state of Wisconsin presented Scott A. Jackman with a law license in 1977after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) found Scott guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Scott was the subject of a traffic stop conducted by the Wausau Police Department. Subsequently, Scott was convicted of a misdemeanor, second-offense DWI.

One year later, knowing that he driver’s license had been revoked as part of the criminal sentence previously imposed due to his conviction, Scott was the subject of a traffic stop in Adams County. He was later again convicted of a misdemeanor, first-offense operating a vehicle while his license was revoked.

Three years later, Scott was the subject of a traffic stop in the village of Weston, which ultimately led to a misdemeanor conviction of third-offense DUI.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Courts punished Scott by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2013), Scott practices in the Wausau, Wisconsin area.
