Attorney Patrick Hughes of Eugene, OR; repeat offender

The state of Oregon provided Patrick T. Hughes with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Patrick guilty of the following misconduct
  1. Neglected legal matters entrusted to him
  2. Failed to comply with several court notices and/or orders
  3. Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  4. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  5. Caused actual or potential injury to his clients (victims)
  6. Misconduct involved multiple offenses
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Patrick’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Patrick previously received a complimentary 60-day suspension from the comedians sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Patrick by gifting him with a complimentary 120-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2013) Patrick practices at 4480 Pinecrest Drive in Eugene, Oregon.
