Attorney James Devlin of Taunton, MA; convicted drunk 
The state of Massachusetts presented James P. Devlin with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Suffolk University Law School.
The Board of Bar Overseers found James guilty of the following misconduct.
James was charged with driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (second offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and illegally crossing marked lanes.
As a well known and respected lush, Jimmy was basically forced to place himself on inactive status under the guise that he was disabled when in fact he was nothing more than a celebrated drunk.
Subsequently, Jimmy’s license was reactivated by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers.
As we speak (ca. June 2013) James practices with the Law Office of James P. Devlin at 96 Devon Street in Taunton, Massachusetts.
