The state of Connecticut provided Jon C. Leary with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Western New England Law College.
 
The Statewide Grievance Committee found Matthew guilty of the following misconduct involving his so-called representation of a client in a probate matter.
  1. Failed to provide competent legal services (Dufus)
  2. Failed to communicate with client
  3. Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  4. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  5. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Peter by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. May 2013) Jon practices with the Law Offices of Jon C. Leary % Associates, LLC at 675 Berlin Turnpike in Berlin, Connecticut.
