Attorney Barbara Brown-Daniels of Cleveland Heights, OH; ethical elf 
The state of Ohio presented Barbara Charmagne Brown-Daniels with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.
The Ohio Supreme Court Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline found Barbara guilty of the following misconduct.
Barbara repeatedly failed to comply with bankruptcy court disgorgement orders in regards to her habit of overcharging her clients for fees.
Barbara also established a business arrangement with an attorney that she absolutely knew had no bankruptcy experience, using that attorney’s electronic-filing privileges and electronic signature without his authorization.
Barbara also permitted her non-attorney staff to complete documents and forms and then file them without any attorney supervision.
After being found in contempt by the trial court, Barbara failed to pay the sanctions imposed against her.
As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Barbara by gifting her with a complimentary 180-day suspension of her law license.
As we speak (ca. June 2013) Barbara practices at 1620 Eddington Road in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
